There is a distinct shift in energy that you will all be feeling if you are tuned into doing the self-work or the healing work that this world so drastically calls for. The Earth has been hit by an intense blast of light that is creating an opening within our unconscious and those who are willing to go there will reap the benefits on a much bigger level than just waiting to see how it impacts you! The energy is not a comfortable one, it's one that is bringing all that we have to ignore about ourselves to the surface, it I really trying hard to show us what is not working, what we need to let go of, what we simply cannot keep doing. You will feel this as soul-wrenching, as though the very thing you have loved and thought very much as part of your path is being ripped away from you. Well it is and it will .. no matter how much you hold on, it has to go.

The new frequencies that are hitting this earth ask for a different way from us, and there is no one excluded from that ask. The old ways are not going to work here anymore, they will feel like you are in a loop, psychological torture of going around and around the same thing and getting nowhere, the same result always coming up. Whether you project that’s good or bad ( some may see that they are having the same success, and deem it as good) but the fact that it’s the same means you are stuck in the old timeline frequency. The same hair, the same courses, the same way of doing something, the same ideas, the same people…. It’s time to make it different. 

Change relationships, or change the inner workings of a relationship. Quit your job and do something you have never done, something new. Shake things up! And if this scares you to death then you know you are entering a new frequency.

 

There will be a rise in bypassing ways, ways that people numb from their feelings, situations the truth of their life, drinking, over-exercising, shopping, all addictions, and the rise in new age modalities such as ice bathing, cacao drinking, plant medicines, sacred instruments, will be misused to the extreme, used as a way to override what’s really going on for people, used to ride on a high instead of doing the inner work required to transform and we all know that takes us down and under, takes us to the uncomfortable, the places we deeply fear within ourselves. I write this in that space, in a space where I have to let go once again of how I have been operating, once again go back to those fundamental years of my development and heal, once again ask the ancestors to show me the way forward, once again take risks for my future dreams and ambitions that make me feel nauseous and seeking the comfort of the old, only to find it isn’t so comfortable and the void I find myself in only has a path forward.

I have added a free Jungian practice that allows you to enter the unconscious and retrieve the gold that awaits us during this intense time. I have been doing it during the last few weeks and it has given me some powerful insights as it did Jung.
