The 13 Roses – Re-discovering your Sacred Sexual Self has been a very popular healing course taken by many women over the last three years it involves working through the whole sacred sexual body ,to open yourself to Her Divine Essence, Her sacred being and the power of YOUR yoni womb heart.

The journey from the head to the breath, through the heart and the healing of the sacred sexual self to enter the deep Gnosis of the WOMB. I have been offering lots of womb work on a one-to-one basis of late and so wish to share with you the options of self-led womb work, which can also be created in a container working with me.

Ancestral Medicine

The call of the ancestral work has been ongoing for a few years now, I’ve touched it in gentle ways and ways that have allowed me to sip from the cup of ancestral karma and knowledge, touching the sides of where I have come from and how that has shaped me. Listening and researching the stories of my ancestors through tears and the acute sense of hardships and sufferings. I understand myself better as I pull the threads of different tales and from books of their myths and music from their songs. I Journeyed into their messages through my Druid practices, meeting the storytellers and the archetypes I held in my psyche, meeting the other beings and symbols connected to them. Jung took me deep into the basement of my ancestor's house and allowed their ghosts to be released seen and observed. A space opened for me to wonder what to do with my folk now as they released themselves into my consciousness.

This is where I sought the work of an ancestral Teacher/Guide (Daniel Foor of Ancestral Medicine) to tap into a deeper, spiritual, ritualistic, and ceremonial way my ancient roots were accustomed to

What are you Repressing?

It has been coming up a lot for me as I work with people these past few weeks, especially since I have started to teach my hands-on Sacred Body Prayer in my community, it's been a long time and I have really missed it! The class filled up by week three and a group of amazing newbies stepped forward into a container of deep healing with the breath, body, mind, and spirit. I’ve started off gently but I am certainly not going to dilute what I have learned over the many years of teaching this work. The mental health of our world is suffering, for many reasons, and as an INFJ I see it painted on most people's faces and in the field of their auras. It’s a challenging time in our collective and one that is demanding us to heal and change. It's asking us ALL to challenge our beliefs as the beliefs we have all held have led us to arrive here, now, in this experience. So what would be the harm in challenging them and invoking change … ?

In conversation with trees...

As a practicing Druid trees are our Teachers, they hold much wisdom and healing if we can be open to our innate connection with them. They all hold different energy, healing properties, and personality, much like human beings! The trees are in constant communication with each other and with all the Flora and fauna in the garden, especially the birds. I have had many messages with the birds over the last months and their symbolism has been more than helpful to me as I navigate through this thick time of change. We are ever increasingly being asked to be more connected, more aware, the spiritual is literally battering down our doors to come into our homes and take residence in our everyday lives.

The Innate Magic of Myth

Stories, poems, myths, and dreams are expressions of the collective unconscious, they express core ideas that are part of the human species as a whole. Myths express wisdom that has been encoded in all humans, by means of evolution or through some spiritual process. Sharing these myths, these stories awaken something ancient in us all, they awaken the characters from the myths within our own psyche, and they activate something within our very brain.

Stop pulling back the womb … set her free.

The womb is an expansive vessel that needs space to be in her full power. I confess to years of over-exercising and ‘healthy’ eating that flattened my stomach and gave me a six-pack. When I stepped into womb work I felt the chains I had put upon my womb, the limitations, the restrictions, and the tension she held I was very emotional, shocked by how I had unconsciously held her back. Bereft that we as women were totally unaware of the consequence on our power and autonomy.
