There is so much chaos out there, everywhere you look. In the news, on social media, but as we know the outer is only a reflection of the inner world. So more importantly is to recognise your own self and ask WHAT IS MY CHAOS? Where are you creating chaos in your life? What do you make difficult ? Where do you engage in drama?
I have been noticing the chaos that entices me into its little loops and I am trying to discern where I buy into them and engage. There is also dark spirits that revel from this drama, having fun in the chaos and inviting others to get involved. It creates very uncomfortable energy and vibrations and. You can soon tell if you are caught up in it as it leaves you feeling drained. It literally sucks the life out of you. Part of the shadow self likes chaos and drama and it only needs a little push to get fully involved in cycles of chaos or indeed others chaos.
Recognising chaos in yourself
Your home is messy and unorganised
You seem to be running around like a headless chicken with very little time
Or you have little to do , because you just very ungrounded, disconnected, tired
You keep meeting problems, things keep happening that take your time and money
Your sleep cycles are poor
You have no structure and If you have children It will show in them too: sleeping & Behaviour
What you say or do causes problems for others
You seem to be in the same loops/dramas
Simple tasks, jobs , pleasures become complicated , time consuming or troublesome.
Communication problems, arguments , breakdowns and conflicts with others.
When these patterns are identified you can admit that you are creating chaos, maybe you already know but you think you deserve it, that you can’t change it, maybe it creates something In your life that escapes you from the boredom of your life? These can be the addressed by STOPPING.. and my little magic formula can be applied here:

You need to take the time out and set the intention to stop these cycle in your life, you need to care enough about you to be able to want to change this , or continue until you breakdown.
I truly hope that more of us can work with this piece so that we see a collective response and the chaos we see around us changes. There is always help out there, there are always friends, teachers, mothers, lovers who are willing to support you in challenging the chaos you create.
