A story of a Little Bird, the Spring and a Meteorite .

I am nearing the completion of my Jungian individuation process with the Jungian school and I am in the final stage of the Magnus Opus: the Rubedo. It’s been a gruelling, intense,  but very magical course and Jung’s philosophy continues to work and live through me.  Every morning over the last year I have  devotionally engaged in written psychological applications , dream analysis and active imaginations. I have looked at myself, my life, my shadow, my feminine and masculine, my behaviours and beliefs under a microscope, under the watchful eye of psychologists, mentors, analysts and my fellow students. My own personal analyst has been guiding me deeper into the applications to ensure  I don’t miss the magic of the process and the transformation it brings.
This works has not only really made a huge difference to me personally my life and the way I see the world ,it has been a great resource as is support my own clients through their transformations. Like all four parts of the Magnus Opus this last part has dug up many old pains and wounds which have had to be felt and expressed , it has brought to the my land here in France,   the conflict I started within the course ; of how I proceed with my work in creating the right kind of retreat or community space. The digging of the land to create a space stable and flat enough to hold a decagonal workshop/teaching/yoga space, a community vegetable garden, an outdoor kitchen/café, an animal area and a magical herb garden for all my skulduggery has started.   The work often synchronises with what happens in real life as you begin to start to make the unconscious conscious and your world builds from there.

In the last two days, many symbols and synchronicities have shown themselves on our land, our dear friend lets call him DD; has an engineering mind,  an intuition i don't often encounter in the masculine , the skills and the equipment to begin our dream has been removing dead trees from our woods, levelling the land and creating space for the studio.  He attracted a little friend, a white wagtail bird who sat with him for the whole day as he dug out and levelled the land. She sat under his claw on the digger, she followed him everywhere he went and this occurred all day. The same day I was writing an exploration of my anima and resolving her with the motif of Venus the Goddess.  When I googled the symbology of the white wagtail It read:

“Wagtails feature in the myths of many cultures. In Ancient Greece, they were a symbol of love and a gift from the Goddess Aphrodite. Some say they are harbingers of rain, beckoning it with their constantly wagging tails.” Alexi Francis

Instantly the symbology Jung refers to as ‘the language of the universe' spoke to me and the message was received, I was again given the motif of Venus or Aphrodite as she is referred to in Greek myth, and the message began to unfold for me during the day as my application on the exploration of my anima and animus ( male and female principle)

“In myth, Venus-Aphrodite was born, already in adult form, from the sea foam (Greek αφρός, aphros) produced by the severed genitals of Caelus-Uranus.[10] Roman theology presents Venus as the yielding, watery female principle, essential to the generation and balance of life. Her male counterparts in the Roman pantheon, Vulcan and Mars, are active and fiery. Venus absorbs and tempers the male essence, uniting the opposites of male and female in mutual affection. She is essentially assimilative and benign, and embraces several otherwise quite disparate functions. She can give military victory, sexual success, good fortune and prosperity. In one context, she is a goddess of prostitutes; in another, she turns the hearts of men and women from sexual vice to virtue. Varro's theology identifies Venus with water as an aspect of the female principle. To generate life, the watery matrix of the womb requires the virile warmth of fire. To sustain life, water and fire must be balanced; excess of either one, or their mutual antagonism, are unproductive or destructive”

The synchronicities further developed. I had a meeting with a dear friend whom I am working with on a project for her charitable organisation and event she is hosting, we discussed the spiritual virtues of water and how the symbolism had appeared for her. Whilst I also shared with her that the previous evening I had delivered 'A Sacred Water transmission' to the women in my 13 Roses- Sacred sexuality group as we left the pearl of Venus teachings. We both laughed at the magic and beauty of how the divine was speaking to us and our understanding of the unconscious realms and how making them conscious turned life into pure magic.

My morning's application of uncovering my anima and animus, the session with my analyst who informed me that the merging of the animus and anima according to Jung in a human would lead to spontaneous human combustion! simply because they are and always should be separate principles within the human psyche. I pondered the spiritual concept of the unification of the two , and the level of spiritual evolution that is way beyond our reach as humans at this time in our humanity.

I sat with the Venus symbolism at the tip of my fingertips and her archetypal transmission began to write my next teaching.  https://www.templedelarose.com/venus-archetype. This was helping me greatly with the unearthing of an old childhood trauma that had resurfaced over the last few days and had left me very angry and emotional,  my small little vulnerable inner child Collette began to sense the power of her Venus within.

Our friend came in for lunch to tell us that there was a little problem where he was digging ( the space for the studio) and we soon found out that the digger and ‘unearthed’ three more water springs on the land ( we literally are on our 7th water spring!) and we laughed as the water bubbled up at what we could do about this, I felt the emotional well that that erupted in me being symbolised and also the sacred symbol of as our digger friend called ‘le fountaine’ the natural spring.  I well knew that Underground water can represent our hidden imagination, dreams, and the unconscious mind underneath the surface of life, it is also a symbol of new life, fertility, purification, new opportunities and a request for you to return to your own self. It is the bursting forth of the divine feminine aspect of us all, as her waters burst and bring in new life. I took this sign as a clear sign that this land was open for what I am creating here and how I am supported. I took this symbology to my heart as I returned to my afternoon work with clients.

That day one of my sessions with a client revealed her issues within her own life,  being held back from her soul self, and we worked towards how she could resolve that.  The symbol of resolution that she retrieved through her watery tears, was that of the bird and the opportunity she had now to release her soul from its cage. I thanked  the little wag tail under my breath for her message to us.

So you see, this enriching work burst through my day with a hammer and fist and I was in a dizzy state in my mind as I tried to get through my days’ work and digest all that was becoming conscious and very clear. At the end of the day when just  I thought that there could not possibly be any more events unroll in this day, our dear friend came to us one last time to say that his work was finished for the evening, not only because it was the end of the working day, but because indeed his digger had revealed a large boulder and not just any boulder.. . but a meteorite! Yes, you heard it right a meteorite, as my land sits just on the cusp of the meteorite basin, a meteorite that created this region and shaped the very land. Even the local village has a meteorite museum that displays cosmic wares for all the visitors and believe me our land is highly activated by this cosmic charge!

I could only laugh and shake my head … well, well, well… what is the universe trying to tell us now I shared and in a split second thought, well now the cosmos is speaking and id better take notice.  Today as I write this the work is off for the day as the rain came ( thank you Mrs Wagtail) and the land gets to settle with the downpour of another purification.
