🤧🌳🌻 The Spiritual and Emotional Manifestation of Hay fever 🤧🌳🌻

I have been making tinctures and drying herbs to support allergies this week, so many people I know suffer with allergies and I watch them struggle year and year again with an array of symptoms that can make life difficult. I have heard many say ‘oh it’s an allergy to nature’ and this while is true to some extent, it is not very helpful.  Children who do not have the privilege to be exposed to nature releasing what helps them recreate and spread wonderful green life across our planet can be one cause. It is unfortunate that there are many children who live in urban areas and are not exposed to nature, so when they are their bodies are bombarded and struggle to cope. The body is having to very quickly learn to produce histamine and does so in excessive quantities producing the symptoms of hay fever. I also remember reading a controversial study some years  ago that suggested the devious pharmaceutical industry was creating modified pollen in plants to increase the sales of antihistamines and this was the reason why antihistamine pharmaceuticals were the most bought over the counter and the most profitable. All food for thought, however for me working the last 20 years in emotional healing, physiology and psychology I see the main reason for allergy being linked to someone’s emotional being.  Fluids in the body represent emotion, and with hay fever there is nose running , the fluid eyes ,  the sneezes, the mucus are all representing the emotional aspects of the self. 

The ‘congestion’, the ‘stuffed’ feeling is  an energetic representation of an energy within the body.  Something wants to release as the body is showing that there is a building up ..and usually by a physical eruption ( sneezing, eyes welling or turning to jelly, headache, lots of mucus coming out) this is the bodies way of dealing with it on a physical level.  But what about the emotions that are causing this? There has been a lot of work in this field and when I have been asked to work with this with someone before I could physically see where the emotional repression was happening in their body. The symptoms of the hay fever will often go for so long and land in this place and cause the most issues . For example this particular person had a block in her heart centre and all of her hay fever built up to make her feel like she couldn’t breathe properly. 

We went to that feeling of not breathing properly and to the root of the trauma there and tracked it back to an incident she had as a child. This incident , being locked in a cupboard by her brother who didn’t let her out for some time created a trauma response in her body. She realised that indeed the hay fever started that very summer. This is usually the case , the traumatic, hurtful, hard time or situation that someone may have had can be correlated back to the start of the hay fever. The body had an systematic response and this was it…   She was able to let go of the anger she was holding and the utter fear  she held in a rapidly beating heart as she believed she couldn’t breathe in that cupboard ad the air would run out and move the emotions that had literally sat in her heart for so many years. 

If you have hay fever I would really suggest getting some help with the emotional aspect of it … if you are used to working with your own healing, take time to go to the biggest physical representation of that trauma and breath into it, do the inner work with it to release the emotion that you have been holding on to.
