I taught Yoga for many years, and trained yoga teachers. It was my obsession, the place I could escape my stressful job, the business, and the mundaneness of life. I trained in many styles, Power, Ashtanga, Yin, Ariel, Pregnancy, and Vinyasa … to name a few., constantly learning on workshops, training, and retreats. It became my life and defined my persona. But… something was happening to me on that mat beyond escaping: there was an inward journey happening and I started to question my life and what I wanted from it. I began to thirst for the spiritual teachings, the philosophies, the sacred texts, the other realms, the emotional and spiritual body, the divine, and my search for God in me. I began to use the physical and the breath purely as an entry point. I started to embody the spiritual, I began to change on the inside, feel different, and connect to something magnificent and it radiated through me. I wanted to transform and the transformation was bringing me bodies of work to teach, leading me to a new way of living. I wanted to enter the true mystery of life.

I began to draw many people to my classes, sometimes I would have to close the door to my studio because I could not fit them in the studio ( and the studio was big!) I began to notice as I deepened into my spiritual self, and my emotional self so did my clients. There was transformation happening in those that came, many of those clients are now Yoga teachers, I trained many of them on the Teacher Training I developed to access the emotion/physical body. There were those who changed their mindsets and careers.

The Embodied Rose is a very different experience. I have combined 25 years of spiritual teachings to create a transformation process. One that embodies 25 years of constant training, in the spiritual and psychological, in the ancient ways of connection and being. The Embodied Rose replaced the focus on the physical but did not exclude it. The focus is on the internal, the feelings, the psychological, the spiritual, and the other realms that support us in our constant evolution. The Sacred Body Prayer is the evolutionary journey of transformation and I am ready to teach it again to those who seek transformation.

The Embodied Rose Sacred Body Prayer allows for :

As my inspirational Feminine Muse, Marion Woodman once said;

“Body work is soul work. Imagination is the bridge between your body and your soul. To have healing power an image needs to be taken into the body on our breath. Only then can the image connect with the life force. Only then can things change.”
