Today is the Rose Full Moon.
I do not do any moon worship, moon bathing, or any spiritual practice on moon days as I am aware of the more occult side of the moon and always understand its deeper nature and powers of its shadow (polarity to the sun and light) are beyond my human and spiritual capabilities to work with in full knowledge and understanding of its darker more occult energies! So i stand and view this phenomenon of great beauty, watch it powerfully pull nature and the earth with it in cycles, and dance with the Sun. The Rose moon, sometimes called the Strawberry moon, appears with a pink hue and coincides with the ripening of the strawberry on the land and the fragrance of the blooming roses.
Love is the theme of the Rose Moon and we may see relationships are highlighted in its energies... shadows may well show and areas that need to be addressed in love. It can be a time that divides couples or brings them closer together depending on how they work with the shadow aspect of what a full moon might reveal.
If looking for love ask what shadow parts of you are preventing it, if you can be honest with yourself and come out of old stories that you use to make you feel better about not finding love, you may well be able to bring it into illumination and make the changes it asks.
