THE SHADOW 

 

 

This four week course will dig you deep into the crypt of your soul. Invoking the Black Madonna as our guide as we walk into your shadow. 

 

Shadow work is the work that TRANSFORMS a person, it is the most difficult of work as it involves working beyond the ego and the conscious mind and into the unconscious mind and the behaviours that you are unaware of. These are the behaviours that limit you, the behaviours that cause you all manner of issues and not matter how much you deny them , in fact the more you do, the more they will control you and sabotage your life.  We often believe we are ‘living our best life’ but this is often a lie the ego uses to keep you small, to keep you where you are. What if you could catch yourself out and find where your power is really going and how a life that is made up of your dreams that you aren’t even aware of yet, is available to you…

 

We all have a rosy idea about ourselves, this idea comes through the rose tinted glasses of the ego , so what If we took those glasses off? What if we looked beyond the pink and into the black? What would we find?

 

The Black Madonna is the Mystical guide to the shadow, She is the dark that brings in the light, She is the death that resurrects … 

 

WEEK ONE -  YOUR STORY 

We delve into who you are. Where you came from and where your foundations were made. Do you really know the alchemy of who you are? The ancestral makeup? The Genetics you carry ? The main wounds your lineage holds to heal? What beliefs do you hold that construct your world?

 

WEEK TWO -   YOUR LEAD ARCHETYPES 

Who are the most significant archetypes within your psychology? What emotions do they hold? How do you express them? What do they want from the world? How do they manifest in the world around you?

 

WEEK THREE  - YOUR LEADING SHADOWS

When we get to know our major players ( the Archetypes) we get to reveal the shadow aspects, the unconscious behaviours that 

 

WEEK FOUR-  THE RESURRECTION 
Let her guide you into the places that need re-birth, the archetypes that wish to be resurrected in their light, in their power and take you into the place where your hidden dreams can manifest.

COLLETTE'S DAILY GUIDANCE - Collette will dig deep with you supporting you to turn over those places that are hard to reach, guiding you to the behaviours , the cycles, the emotions, the archetypes, wounds and shadow that sabotage your life. You can post daily a summative report of your experience, the process you go through and the day that unfolds as a consequence of the practice and Collette will feedback through the many modalities that are required from a course such as this.

 

A SECRET FORUM –The forum ha a beautiful alchemical nature, simply writing your processes begins a much deeper exploration of the self and allows the unconscious some expression. Being witnessed by others in your shadow brings liberation and supports bringing the ‘self’ out of hiding.
