Lungwort is an amazing herb for any respiratory problems , flus or viruses that create mucus on the lungs. It is great for asthma, coughs , colds and lung/breathing irritation. It is a great antibiotic to use too. As it contains phytochemicals it is a super antioxidant and can be anti ageing, making the skin look younger and healthier. Some use as a diuretic, to stop bloating and gas and allow for excess water to leave the body.

Lungwort Tincture

3 drops under the tongue x2 a day for preventative

10 drops x3 a day for illness as above.
