With each Rose Essence there will be an ancient Rose Yoga sequence to assist you to embody the experience
Collette will offer daily, intuitive, therapeutic, illuminated, embodied feminine support and guidance. The sacred container will allow you to be witnessed, to be held, to reveal who you have been hiding, safely release suppressed situations, thoughts, feelings and emotions.
