The Embodied Rose Sacred Body Prayer allows for :

• Sitting in the pelvic bowl ( seat of the soul)

• Living from the womb/hara

• Using the breath to connect to you and the realms beyond this one

• Accessing those in the realms who are here to support you

• Reclamation of who you really are and what you are really here for

• Accessing your inner healer/teacher/guru

• Feeling the ways in which you block and sabotage the fullness of life available to you

You do not need to have any experience in body work at all, any injuries will be catered for.
