The repression of rage and anger in women is often rooted in societal expectations that label these emotions as unfeminine, dangerous, or unacceptable. Over time, this suppression can disconnect women from their sense of power and agency, leaving them feeling silenced, invalidated, and trapped. Psychologically, repressed anger may manifest as anxiety, depression, or physical ailments, as the unexpressed energy of rage turns inward. Spiritually, it stifles the ability to set boundaries and claim one's rightful space in the world. Healing begins when women are encouraged to acknowledge, express, and channel their anger constructively, transforming it into a force for growth, justice, and personal empowerment. This liberation reconnects them with their authentic selves and their innate capacity for transformation.
