A WOMAN’S BODY KNOWS BEFORE HER MIND ADMITS IT

A woman’s body often recognizes what her mind is still trying to negotiate. It feels the shift in energy, the absence of safety, the weight of over giving, and the quiet ache of what is no longer true long before the conscious mind is ready to name it.
This is why so many women find themselves explaining away what their body has already understood. We all have the symptoms , th heart tightening, stomach contracting , throat strangling. Our desire fades like a wilting rose and the exhaustion rises from deep within us. Something deep within begins to say no, even while the mind is still searching for reasons to stay open, stay hopeful, or stay accommodating.
From a psychospiritual perspective, the body is one of the most honest places a woman has. It doesnt bother to speak in terms of performance. It speaks in ; sensation, instinct, tension, tears, numbness, warmth, openness, closure. Constantly revealing where she feels safe, where she feels drained, where she is abandoning herself, and where life is asking her to listen more deeply.
Many women have been taught to mistrust this intelligence. They have been conditioned to prioritize logic over instinct, endurance over truth, and appearance over embodiment: consumed by other distractions so cleverly places to take our attention. In doing so, they learn to silence the very wisdom that could guide them back to themselves.
A woman’s body knows before her mind admits it, that sickness, that illness, the pain you feel is what you repressed and refused to acknowldege. The return to feminine self trust begins the moment she starts listening to her body, for it keeps the score.
