THE EARTH BLOOMS AND SO DOES SHE 🌸

There comes a moment in the turning of the year when a woman begins to feel herself again, as a living presence within her own body, she is a field of sensation and something ancient and intelligent that has always lived beneath the surface and now begins to rise. Spring touches the land and everything responds, the earth softens, the trees carry life through their branches, the air becomes rich with movement and promise, and a woman feels this same stirring within her own body, as though the intelligence of the earth moves through her and calls her back into herself.

Her awareness drops from the mind into sensation, into warmth, into a quiet quickening that draws her inward, the place where life is experienced directly, where she inhabits her body and feels herself from within. This is the cyclical woman, the woman who knows herself as part of a greater rhythm, who feels the pulse of the Great Mother moving through her, guiding her into deeper connection with her own nature, a nature that is responsive, alive, and attuned to the seasons.

As the land becomes fertile, something within her becomes fertile too, a readiness begins to open, a body that feels, receives, responds, a body that allows life to meet her and move through her, creating depth, colour, and aliveness. A current begins to rise through her, a libidic energy that belongs to life itself, an energy that moves through her womb, her heart, her breath, awakening sensation, expanding her capacity to feel, inviting her into a fuller experience of being alive.

When a woman is connected to this energy within herself, she becomes vibrant, her presence becomes felt, she meets life with openness, she allows experiences, relationships, ideas, and opportunities to enter her world and move through her in ways that create expansion and embodiment. This is what it means to come alive in the body, to feel the movement of life within, to recognise that the same force that brings the earth into bloom lives within her and expresses itself through her.

This is the doorway into sacred sexuality, a reclamation of the life force within the body, a return to the source of aliveness, a deepening into the intelligence of sensation, where a woman learns to live from within her own vitality and allow that vitality to shape the way she meets the world.
