SPIRITUAL FULL MOON PARASITE CLEANSE

Spiritually on full moons we parasite cleanse, doing a parasite cleanse is an act of deep reclamation , its a return to sovereignty over one’s body, energy, and inner terrain. Parasites don’t just exist in the physical; they can mirror energetic imbalances, attachments, and patterns of depletion that feed off our life force. When we cleanse the body of parasites, we are also symbolically releasing entities, emotions, and thought-forms that do not belong to us , especially those that drain us, inhabit our space, or cloud our clarity. It is a sacred purification that strengthens our intuition, sharpens our spiritual discernment, and clears the channels between body, soul, and source. In many ancestral and indigenous traditions, physical cleansing is inseparable from spiritual awakening, because when the body is clear, the soul can more fully reside within it. I do a full cleanse on the full moon every six months, along side my animals, and a herbal tincture cleanse every full moon.
The only rituals I do on Full Moon normally are protective as the full moon is a time for the dark/shadow, our ancient ancestors knew that very well.
Ritual: Warding Off Parasites of Body, Mind & Spirit
Purpose:
To clear parasitic forces (energetic, emotional, spiritual, and physical), reclaim your power, and set protections around your energy field and womb space.
You Will Need:
A white or black candle (for purification and protection)
A small bowl of salt water or fresh herbs like rosemary, mugwort, or wormwood
A smudge tool (sage, palo santo, or herbal bundle)
A glass of water with grapefruit seed extract or herbal tea with antiparasitic herbs (wormwood, clove, etc.)
A journal and pen
A fire-safe bowl or cauldron for burning paper
Optional: protective crystals (black tourmaline, obsidian, amethyst)
Ritual Steps:
1. Create Sacred Space
Cleanse the room with smoke or spray.
Call in your spiritual allies, ancestors, or womb guides.
Light the candle and state your intention:
“I stand in my power under this full moon to release all that feeds on my light — seen and unseen — and call in divine protection.”
2. Drink Your Herbal Support
Sip your antiparasitic tea or water with GSE slowly and consciously.
As you do, visualize it moving through your body, lighting up hidden parasites, draining toxicity, and strengthening your immunity.
3. Journal + Burn Ritual
-
On paper, write what is parasitic in your life:
Physical symptoms or parasites
Energetic drains (people, patterns, self-doubt)
Old vows, shame, guilt, or spiritual intrusions
Say aloud: “These are no longer mine to carry.”
Burn the paper in your fire-safe bowl, visualizing the moon burning it all away.
4. Salt or Herb Water Cleansing
Dip your fingers in the salt/herb water and anoint your womb, heart, and forehead.
Say: “I reclaim my sacred sovereignty. I am protected. I am clear. I am whole.”
5. Seal with Protection
Envision a circle of pure divine white light around your body — strong, bright, impenetrable.
“No force may feed off me. My energy is mine. My womb is a sanctuary.”
6. Close and Ground
Blow out the candle.
Give thanks.
Ground your energy with a nourishing meal, herbal bath, or sleep.
HERBS :
Core Antiparasitic Herbs:
-
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)
Kills parasites, especially roundworms and pinworms
Powerful and bitter — use in small doses
-
Black Walnut Hull (Juglans nigra)
High in tannins and juglone — effective against worms and larvae
Especially useful for intestinal parasites
-
Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)
Kills parasite eggs and larvae
Antifungal, antibacterial, and energetically cleansing
These three together form the classic parasite cleanse trio: black walnut, wormwood, and clove.
Supportive & Additional Herbs that can be used

Neem (Azadirachta indica)
Broad-spectrum antiparasitic and blood purifier
Also supports skin and immune health

I am also a big fan of Grapefruit seed extract:
Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE):
Antiparasitic: Effective against protozoa, giardia, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Broad-spectrum: Fights pathogens without heavily disturbing the beneficial gut flora.
Supports gut healing: Especially good when parasites have caused inflammation or secondary infections.
Forms: Often taken in liquid drops or capsules.
Typical Use:
Liquid: 10–15 drops in water, 2–3 times daily (start low, as it’s potent)
