THE DEPTH THAT CALLS US ALL

Feeling the lows after the festive season? It needs you to feel it ...

The days after the New Year often carry a heaviness that surprises the psyche. After the brightness, the gathering, the warmth of shared moments, something quieter begins to surface. Emotions move closer, sensitivity deepens, theres a darker feeling and its one you would sooner ignore. Tears may arrive without clear reason and he body feels the contrast between celebration and solitude, and in that contrast, truth begins to stir.

This is a natural turning within the feminine psyche as joy and depth are woven together. When happiness expands, it opens space for its counterpart to be felt. The low that follows is a descent into meaning. The soul seeks balance, inviting us to feel what was held back, softened over, or postponed while light and movement filled the days.

In the silent season, emotions rise because there is room for them. The nervous system relaxes enough to release. Memory loosens its grip, longings speak, grief can breathe. The heart begins to tell its quieter stories, the ones that ask for presence rather than solutions. This is not a time to ignore these feelings, It is a time to witness it with tenderness, to stare them in the face and finally admit to what is sat underneath.

The feminine understands that depth is not something to climb out of, rather is something to listen to. The low carries messages shaped by honesty. It reveals where the soul desires nourishment, where life asks for gentleness, where truth seeks recognition. When we allow these emotions to surface, we meet ourselves more fully.

This is the work of the silent season, a time when inner waters move slowly and deliberately. A time for sensing rather than shaping for being with all that wants to show itself to you rather than doing what you think you need to do. What arises now is part of the natural rhythm of restoration and recalibration,if you can face how you feel , let the waters flow , from it will spring the very medicine. It prepares the ground for what will one day rise.

Here are five questions that can help you ;

What feeling is asking to be seen without explanation?
Where does my body soften when I allow this emotion to exist?
What truth about my life feels closer in this quiet space?
What part of me is asking for care rather than change?
What wisdom is emerging through this slower rhythm?

Let these questions rest within you. Let them unfold what wants to be undone.

In the hush after the turning, the feminine psyche gathers itself. Emotions move through because they are meant to. In this quiet work, something essential is being tended. You are not alone in this low, you are in a collective field of it and while many still try to use thier normal ways of avoidance ... you are being called to sit with it . Your sitting with it supports the collective field of the unconscious and you represent those doing the work.

May we hold hands, hearts and wombs at the hearth of our collective growth xxx
